The Aico Ei3024 is a mains-powered multi-sensor fire alarm that combines an optical smoke sensor and a heat sensor in one unit. Using both sensors together gives a faster response to a wider range of fires and fewer false alarms than a single-sensor alarm, making it Aico's most capable domestic fire alarm for hallways, landings and living rooms.

Aico Ei3024 vs Ei3016: Which Should I Choose?
The Ei3016 uses an optical sensor only. The Aico Ei3024 adds a heat sensor, which improves the response to fast-flaming fires and helps the alarm distinguish real fires from nuisance sources. Choose the Ei3024 for circulation spaces and living areas where the best overall response is wanted.
Where Should the Aico Ei3024 Be Fitted?
Fit the Ei3024 in hallways, landings, living rooms and bedrooms. It is not intended for kitchens; use the Ei3014 heat alarm or Ei3028 heat and CO alarm there instead.
Expiry date: 2036 onwards (all units carry a 10-year+ date).
