Where Should the Aico Ei3018 Be Fitted?
Fit a CO alarm in every room with a fuel-burning appliance. Follow the Aico instructions for the exact distance from the appliance and mounting height, and keep it clear of extractor fans and doors.
Aico Ei3018 or Ei3028?
The Aico Ei3018 detects carbon monoxide only. The Ei3028 adds a heat sensor, so one unit covers both fire and CO in a kitchen.
Pair the Ei3018 with the Ei3016 smoke alarm and Ei3014 heat alarm. Expiry date: 2036 onwards (all units carry a 10-year+ date).
