So, what started off as a poor experience and a 1 star was totally turned round where I've now awarded ACAS a 5 star, how can this happen? Well the switches I ordered were lost by Yodal (not the first time this has occurred) I reported the Yodal website was showing not received, ACAS rang me 3 times to assure me it was all in hand I got next day delivery on the switches and by the required date.
I have a saying that I use, "A problem is an opportunity in disguise" this for sure underpins this statement.
Our Aico EI3024 Optical and Heat alarms purchased from ACAS were significantly cheaper than other online sources. The items received were very well packaged and in impeccable condition. Our alarms were fitted professionally and wirelessly linked together. The system works perfectly and we are very happy with our purchase.
