Built from high-impact polycarbonate with a smoked black front casing, this twin switched socket features a transparent lid with power-on indicators visible at a glance — making it ideal for gardens, patios, garages, and external walls. Not suitable for EV charging.

Rated IP66 and IK06 for both water ingress and impact resistance, the OP9N is manufactured from robust, high-impact grade polycarbonate for long-term durability outdoors. The transparent user-friendly lid allows power-on indication to be seen clearly without opening, and features a large catch for simple one-handed operation — the lid can also be held open for ease of use when connecting appliances. Wider cable channels and casing accommodate most plugs with thick over-moulded strain reliefs, and multiple 20mm cable entries/exits allow for flexible positioning. Certified to BS 1363-2 and rated at 13A / 230V. Dimensions: 84mm × 153mm × 170mm.
