Description
This mains-powered smoke alarm can be connected to up to 23 other Kidde mains alarms, whether they are optical or heat alarms. A standard 9V alkaline back-up battery is included. Once linked, if one unit detects a potential danger, all connected alarms will sound. It is suitable for use in any area of the home except the kitchen, where a heat alarm is recommended. A combination test/hush button allows for regular alarm testing and can be used to temporarily silence false alarms. It is important to have this alarm installed by a professionally qualified electrician. Fixings are provided for easy installation.
