The Ei144e Heat alarm responds to heat from the Kitchen or Garage rather than smoke, providing increased resistance to fumes like burnt toast and reducing the chances of false alarms. This alarm can be connected to other alarms and accessories through hardwire or RadioLINK wireless interconnection, just like the other alarms in the 140e Series.
